To me, its all about the people. My co-workers and my managers have confidence in my as an employee and they always tell me when I am doing a good job. But I am also told how I can be a better employee which I really appreciate.

My latest passion is to take the outside off a sausage and mix it with onions and hamburger. Makes for a great burger and even meatballs!
